3rd Anniversary – in Photos (2nd try!)

The photos I intended did not make it the first time, so I’m doing this again!

I’m not inspired to write much today, but want to share a beautiful day of remembering, celebrating and loving Elizabeth. My mom, sister, dear friend Victoria (Elizabeth’s godmother) and I gathered with food and drink and created altars and played on the beach.

Here is some of what the day held…

I live and write in Makawao, on Maui, Hawaii. I write on my blog about my experience with my daughter Elizabeth Blue, during the last year of her life living with cancer and dying in a state of grace. I follow my passion in my work, doing Energy Healing (Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Craniosacral work) and spiritual counseling, in person and at a distance, teaching Reiki and facilitating spiritual workshops. I have a blog on my LuminousAdventures.com site as well!

  1. Couldn’t be better to witness, imbibe, celebrate, fall apart and then be held in the embrace of true friendship, love and trust. Thank you. The endless circle dances us well. I love all the flowers, Lucia…your family is a gift to me/us. Elizabeth, loving you, same same but different as Karina would say. Tashi and Jane: true bloomin’ blessings…there is no one I’d prefer to drink bourbon with….
